Made an order 12. 112019. the seller sent 15.11.2019. received in the Moscow region. 13.01.2020. as the parcel depended on 29.10.2019 on the border of China and 04.01.2020 only arrived in Russia. more than a month the status has not been updated. tracked all the way. extended the protection period, still did not have time to come the parcel, opened the dispute and Ali returned the money. now I wrote to the seller how to return them back. paintings ordered three pieces. two in one parcel and one in another. here. One came quickly, but two walked. packed in a pup and on a roller, the canvases are not crumpled, the paints are fresh, the jars are not all. no checklist. if it were not for delivery, then everything would be fine. promised to deliver in 20 days. why to put such delivery is not clear. I put 5 stars, the seller was always in touch. I ordered myself, not as a gift, so I still care 20 days or two Months.
